School Councillors & Kindness Ambassadors

Our School Councillors play a vital role in representing pupil voice while also acting as Kindness Ambassadors across the school. Elected by their classmates, they help make our school a welcoming, respectful and inclusive place for everyone.

As School Councillors, pupils share ideas, raise concerns and work with staff to help improve school life. As Kindness Ambassadors, they go one step further — leading initiatives that promote empathy, support wellbeing and spread kindness within our school and the wider community. This combined role supports our PSHE curriculum while developing confidence, leadership and responsibility.

Councillors meet regularly to discuss ideas from their classes, plan kindness initiatives and work together to make positive changes. They also take part in ambassador meetings and celebrate the impact of their work, ensuring kindness remains at the heart of our school.

Through their actions, our School Councillors show that every voice matters — and that small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
