In science we have been investigating materials. We started the topic by working out how we can separate different mixtures. The children had to work as a team to create an experiment on an efficient way to separate each material. 

After that, the children worked out what happens to a solid when it mixes with a liquid. They used scientific enquiry to observe whether the solid was soluble or insoluble.
