Our KS2 School Councillors had a wonderful visit to the residents at Cooper House Care Home this week. The pupils spent time reading with the residents and chatting with them about recent school events, as well as some exciting activities coming up.

It was a truly special experience, with the residents delighted to see the children and thoroughly enjoying the conversations and shared stories. Our councillors represented the school brilliantly, showing kindness, confidence and respect throughout their visit—and they had a fantastic time too!

We are very proud of the positive connections being made within our local community and are already looking forward to returning in September to continue building these meaningful links with Cooper House.
