This term we ran our second Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award expedition. The weather was not ideal, with heavy rain throughout the first day, followed by drizzle on the second day. However, the students showed incredible resilience as they did not let the rain stop them. Despite a wet night in some damp sleeping bags, they all got up bright and early the next day and completed the day’s walk. I’m sure this will be an expedition to remember!
