The early years children have been delighted with some new additions to our garden this half term. We are thrilled with the positive impact these new resources are having on confidence, physical development opportunities and learning to work together already. The children love to be creative outdoors.  What a fantastic outdoor space we have!

Fab Fridays and Marvelous Mondays have been such great fun this half term in Early Years. The children have enjoyed a range of activities with their parents and carers. As we celebrated Father’s Day, some children chose to make gifts and cards for special people in their lives.  

This half term we have really focused on getting moving and strengthening our physical skills in nursery. We have enjoyed taking part in various activities that promote and encourage the use of gross and fine motors skills, and it has been lovely to see the children flourish and grow in confidence as we explore different areas of the school.

This half term, the nursery children have enjoyed their first visits to our very own forest school. They have started to develop their independence in exploring the forest ready for this to continue each Friday when they move into reception. 

Nursery shared a picnic on the field in honour of David Attenboroughs 100^th birthday.
