In March, three students were nominated for Achievement Awards at the Local Offer Live event held in the city. Sponsored by local businesses and Leicester City Council, the event celebrated the incredible growth and development of our students.

Ruby Tebbutt won the Positive Contribution to Society award in the 12-25 age group category for her exceptional performance in her speaking and listening English exam. Her bravery in sharing her personal journey and growth with the school was truly inspiring.

Cohen Smith received the Shining Star award in the 12-25 age group category for overcoming significant barriers to improve his attendance and behaviour. This remarkable progress has allowed him to excel academically.

Jensen Clarke was nominated for the Shining Star award for his improved confidence and self-belief. His role as the lead singer for the Hive band, performing for primary students, staff, and parents at the Christmas Rocksteady concert, showcased his newfound confidence.
