Our Forest School development is progressing well. Pupils are enjoying the low ropes course, testing their gross motor and reasoning skills, toasting marshmallows over the fire in the wooden base camp, and looking forward to using the tree house. The new path has improved access for people with mobility issues, and the extra fire circle/base camp has been well received. The recent tree surgery has provided materials for Christmas crafts and opened up the forest floor, allowing new fungi to grow, which pupils have enjoyed identifying.
