Food is a vital part of our daily lives and is essential for life. As our students become adults and have busy lives, it is easy to choose food which may not have the best nutritional content. At TGSA the food team strives to develop their knowledge of a healthy balanced diet, what is in their food and how to adapt recipes. They will discover where food comes from, how to look after the environment and make better and healthier food choices.
